Doug Williams is an attorney with Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. in Birmingham, Alabama, specializing in public and project finance. An English major with a lifelong love of language and story, he enjoys writing feature-length screenplays, with five under his belt and a sixth on the way. Doug and his wife, Patti, have been active members at Canterbury United Methodist Church since 1991. They have three adult children and are enjoying the freedom of empty nesting.
