Dana Vogelmeier believes everyone should feel good about going to work and fulfilled at the end of the day. When they do, everything outside of works better too. She is an employee engagement expert. She launched her consulting practice in 2016, after working for 33 years for a Fortune 50 company, where she honed her facilitation, consulting, and program design skills.

Dana tells how her manager, instead of waiting for the standard quarterly or yearly job review  meeting, provide immediate practical input to Dana after every meeting   consistently, and how that experience shaped her future .
