Jacob Devlin is an Operations Manager for Amazon directly in charge of departments ranging from 200 to 400 associates that strive every day to meet the challenge of being the world’s most customer-centric company. Growing up with five brothers (4 Army veterans) and a childhood filled with sports led him to accept a congressional nomination to the Air Force Academy where he wrestled for 4 years.
After graduating he became an Intelligence Officer for 12 years. Serving on multiple special operations deployments to Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan entrenched a deep passion for helping and leading people. After separating from the military, he completed his MBA in London, UK at HULT International Business school and moved to Jacksonville, Florida from California.
